Lisa is our fantastic CEO who has dedicated over 30 years to social care and puts everything into each person we care for. Whether they are a young adult with learning difficulties or an older adult who needs a friend by their side, Lisa's caring and friendly attitude shines through every time.
Lisa has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, running services that have received and maintained ‘Outstanding’ ratings from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Trayci brings extensive experience in social care planning, along with a calm, thoughtful approach that supports both clients and colleagues. In her role as Client Care Coordinator, Trayci works closely with clients and their families, taking the time to understand circumstances, preferences, and any changes that may affect support. Her clear communication helps build trust and provide reassurance, particularly during periods of transition or increased care needs.
Channon is a qualified social worker whose passion for the profession grew from her own experience as a family carer and several years working in the care sector. She has a strong understanding of the challenges faced by family carers and is committed to supporting them.
Channon has helped many carers understand the Care Act process and access the help and support they need to continue caring for their loved ones.
