Who Are Magnolia Care?
How Magnolia Care became a care provider throughout the South Coast.
Magnolia Care Supported Living identified a demand for specialist, reliable, trusted support within the community.
Putting people at the heart of care
Whilst providing care in the local community, the need for a reliable, respected, trusted and experienced care provider who continued to view care as care, not just a business, was quickly identified. And so, Magnolia Care was born. The fact that the founder and owner, Lisa Kail was very hands-on with daily care and support was recognised as a fresh, new and very welcome approach.
Working alongside her team, Lisa was not only able to build the trusted relationships required with her clients, she was also able to support and develop her team to deliver the highest standard of care; the level that they would provide to their own families. This hands-on approach ensures Magnolia Care continue to keep their clients and care professionals at the centre of all they do.
