Younger & Older Adults

Magnolia Care is the right choice when caring for your loved ones.

We support both young adults and older people across West Sussex and Hampshire, including those living with learning disabilities, complex needs, dementia, or requiring end of life care.

After finding the right care provision, we make arrangements and sensitively manage the transition and help plan for the future whether this would be within one of our dedicated services we provide or an external service supported under our consultancy.

We support young adults with learning disabilities and additional needs, helping them build independence and live safely with the right level of support. We also work with older people who need live-in care or outreach support to remain comfortable and secure in their own homes.

Alongside direct care, we guide families who are navigating complex funding systems and difficult decisions, giving them clarity and practical support when it matters most. Because We Really Do Care

"Lisa Kail I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for 3 of my clients so far. As a solicitor I act as attorney or deputy for those who lack capacity to manage their own affairs. I’m not a medical professional but need to make decisions regarding my clients care.

Because of you one of my elderly clients has been able to be cared for at home as she wished despite the local authority wanting to place her in a care home.

Because of you we arranged for another of my elderly clients to be discharged from hospital to a safe residence to spend her last days. The care home she was at would not accept her back as they could no longer meet her needs. She died with her daughter by her side. Without you she would have died alone afraid in hospital.

Because of you another client will get the health and social care that no one has offered him for the past 3 years. You have literally saved his life.

You are amazing. I cannot recommend you enough words do not do you justice.

What you do most is ‘care’."
